Post printing is an important process after printing. Here is some of the post processing service:
The die cutting and stripping machine utilized by Lintai can perform die cutting and discharging automatically, with a maximum speed up to 8000ocs/h, enabling the production of packaging paper box more efficiently, reduce human-operation errors and ensure product quality. In addition, the operation range of this machine is wide, including paper from 80gsm to 1200gsm and corrugated paper whose thickness is less than 4mm. Allowable max printing area of this machine is 1060mm×750mm helping us to meet the various demands of customers.
In the printing process, a glossy varnish is applied once or twice with UV to form a glossy membrane layer on the surface of products.
The UV curing machine of Lintai offers a short curing time and instant dry function that can improve our production efficiency. UV curing machines do not produce any toxic products compared with traditional curing machines.
Our automatic folder gluer machine is suitable for the gluing of multiple paper box standards that can help our customers to glue the color box to let them combine directly at home without gluing.
Our paper cutting machine with 0.1mm positioning accuracy and paper pushing speed of 12 meters per minute optimizes our production efficiency.
In addition, because of its unit frame, the cutting accuracy of the paper cutting machine is efficiently improved, ensuring that the cutting size of printings can meet our clients’ demands.

Most printings need some other steps like folding. Our folding machine can fold paper with different sizes and thicknesses. We can fold printings first and then send them to customers if needed.

Lintai’s UV inkjet printer can perform inkjet printingfor: bar codes, QR codes, characters, LOGOs, and images.
This UV inkjet code uses imported environmentally-friendly UV ink. After printing on different materials, the finished product presents a very good gloss and can be printed in monochrome or color. Its adaptability to printed materials is also very strong that can inkjet on various printing materials such as paper, synthetic paper, glossy art paper, PVC/PET/Plastic, film, metal, stainless steel, horse iron, glass and ceramic.
